I am writing to advise of a change to our returns procedure and pricing structure.

Currently all returns are received, inspected and booked into your inventory as new or damaged depending on condition, the charge for this is £1 per item.

Having spoken to a number of our clients and based on your feedback we appreciate a number of items coming back into stock are ‘overstock’ items that are in NEW condition and do not require inspection. For ‘overstock’ returns we request you add them to your Inbound Sheet and these items will be received and booked into stock without inspection, there will be NO charge for this.

If your return is not listed on your inbound sheet it will be treated as a damaged return and will be received, inspected and booked back into your inventory at a cost of £1 per item.
